Customer Retention & Upsell Specialist - Text Chat, Remote

We're a digital media and marketing company working with influencers who run paid subscription communities (fitness, nutrition and similar). We're looking for chat specialists who can look after existing members and upsell premium digital products.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Written chat conversations with paying members
• Building relationships that keep members engaged and subscribed
• Recommending premium digital products and upgrades
• Hitting weekly and monthly sales targets

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Near-native written English
• Experience in account management, customer support or sales
• Fast, natural, persuasive writing
• Self-starter who is reliable and comfortable with targets

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU

• Base pay of $500 per month
