Amazon Influencer Video Editor and Ops Assistant

Job Code: AIP-402

This role supports an Amazon and lifestyle creator with long-form video editing and helps scale the business by taking on administrative tasks as the role develops.

The ideal candidate has a genuine passion for video editing, particularly long-form, with the skill to condense 4-6 hours of raw footage into engaging 30-60 minute videos.

Successful candidates must complete a paid 40-hour training program before transitioning to their assigned client. Training is paid at a flat rate of $125 USD and runs from September 28 - October 2, 2026, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PHT, including a one-hour lunch break. Full attendance, active participation, and completion of all learning assessments are required.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Edit long-form videos from extended raw footage into polished, engaging content
• Arrange and sort extended raw video footage, creative assets, and project files
• Upload, schedule, publish, and maintain content across Amazon, YouTube, and other platforms, including product links, collections, and page organization
• Create simple graphics, thumbnails, and visual assets using Canva
• Maintain spreadsheets and operational trackers
• Support Amazon-related VA tasks as assigned and follow documented processes

Will grow into:

• Apply product research strategies to identify content, review, and growth opportunities
• Manage brand relationships, including outreach, follow-ups, and partnership coordination

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to understand and follow instructions very well
• At least 1 year of long-form video editing experience
• Must be proficient in CapCut Pro
• Comfortable turning extended raw footage into polished long-form videos in a creator's existing style
• Comfortable supporting a variety of Amazon-related VA tasks
• Experience scheduling, publishing, and managing content across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook , Pinterest, and TikTok
• Proficiency in Canva and Google Workspace
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; works independently and meets deadlines
• Confidence using AI and productivity tools
• Reliable high-speed internet (100 Mbps minimum) and a professional remote work setup
• Comfortable using a time-tracking tool for productivity monitoring and payroll

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience editing YouTube videos, product reviews, Amazon content, or similar long-form content
• Experience supporting content creators, influencers, or online businesses
• Background in administrative support, content coordination, social media support, or community management
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing, e-commerce, or the Amazon Influencer Program

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• $500 to $1000 USD per month, depending on experience and skills
• Paid 40-hour training program at a flat rate of $125 USD
