Growth Outreach Operator — Long-Term Remote Role

We are a growing UK digital marketing business working with property, maintenance and service businesses.

We’re looking for an intelligent, organised person to join our marketing team long-term.

Your job will involve finding high-quality websites, building relationships with website owners, conducting B2B outreach, researching companies and booking qualified sales conversations.

You will be trained on our systems and AI tools.

This is not a basic data-entry role. We want someone who wants to become excellent at digital marketing, outreach and AI-powered business development.

Starting pay: $3/hour + great performance bonuses

Excellent long-term performers can receive pay increases, additional responsibility and larger bonuses.
