PERSONAL VIDEO ASSISTANT FOR BEAUTY QUEEN, MISS EARTH 2025

Assistant to accompany a beauty pageant contestant for approximately one month in the Philippines.

This is NOT a remote position. You will be working closely with her in person and accompanying her during most days, events and activities throughout the pageant period.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Accompany the contestant during daily activities, events, preparations and pageant-related schedules
• Film daily behind-the-scenes and lifestyle content using a smartphone/camera
• Capture spontaneous moments throughout the day
• Create content specifically for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Stories and other social platforms
• Quickly edit short-form videos, ideally directly on your phone using CapCut or similar apps
• Add music, captions, transitions and trending formats when appropriate
• Prepare and publish content on social media
• Work with a fast turnaround — some videos may need to be filmed, edited and posted the same day
• Help identify good moments and ideas for engaging beauty/pageant content
• Keep photos and videos organized

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

• Is based in the Philippines, Manila and available from November 14 to December 14, 2026
• Can be available and on-site on most days during this period
• Has experience creating Instagram beauty pageant Reels / TikToks / short-form content
• Can film attractive, high-quality content with a smartphone
• Can edit videos quickly using CapCut.
• Understands current social media trends and aesthetics
• Has a good eye for beauty, fashion, lifestyle and pageant content
• Speaks good English
• Is reliable, flexible, proactive and comfortable working closely with one person
• Can work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing schedules

Experience with beauty, fashion, influencers, pageants or personal brands is a big advantage.

💰 This is a paid position. Compensation will be discussed based on experience.
