PR / MARKETING STRATEGIST FOR BEAUTY QUEEN / MISS EARTH 2025

I’m looking for a Philippines-based PR, Marketing & Business Development Strategist who can help me build my presence, personal brand and professional opportunities in the Philippines.

This role is different from my personal assistant Content Creator / Video Editor positions.

I’m specifically looking for someone who understands the Philippine beauty, fashion, entertainment, events and influencer industry and can actively help me turn my Beauty Queen / Ambassador profile into real opportunities.

👑 MAIN GOAL

While I’m in the Philippines from November 14 until December 30, I want to actively build my presence and secure professional opportunities such as:

• Beauty pageant judging
• Event hosting / appearances
• Fashion shows & fashion events
• Manila fashion industry opportunities
• Beauty & fashion brand collaborations
• Ambassador opportunities
• PR events & launches
• Interviews, podcasts & media appearances
• Influencer / creator collaborations
• Photoshoots & campaigns
• Guest appearances
• Other paid or strategically valuable opportunities

I need someone who can actively find, pitch and negotiate these opportunities — not simply give me marketing advice.

💼 WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Develop a short-term PR & marketing strategy for my stay in the Philippines
• Position and market me as a Beauty Queen, Ambassador & international personality
• Identify relevant brands, agencies, designers, pageant organizations, event organizers and media contacts
• Proactively reach out and pitch me for opportunities
• Help secure judging, hosting, appearances, collaborations and other professional bookings
• Help determine appropriate rates/pricing for different types of appearances and collaborations in the Philippine market
• Help negotiate fees and collaboration terms
• Identify networking opportunities and relevant events in Manila
• Help build relationships with local brands, PR agencies and industry professionals
• Advise me on how to position my social media and personal brand for the Philippine market
• Work together with my content team to make sure our content supports the overall strategy

📱 CONTENT STRATEGY

You should also be able to advise me on:

• What content I should create while in the Philippines
• How to position myself online as a Beauty Queen / Ambassador
• What brands, people and organizations we should tag or collaborate with
• How to use my pageant experience to grow my profile
• How to turn events and appearances into valuable social media content
• How to make my profile attractive to Philippine brands and event organizers

Video editing skills are a PLUS, but NOT required.

I am also hiring separately for Position #2 — Social Media Content Editor and Position #3 Personal assistant

If you can also edit Reels / TikToks or create content, definitely mention it in your application and do both roles.

🇵🇭 WHO I’M LOOKING FOR

Ideally, you:

• Are based in Manila / Metro Manila
• Have experience in PR, talent management, influencer marketing, events, pageants, fashion, beauty or entertainment
• Already have local contacts and industry connections
• Know how to professionally pitch a talent/personality to brands and event organizers
• Are confident reaching out to new people and creating opportunities
• Understand pricing, negotiations and partnerships
• Know the Philippine beauty / fashion / influencer market
• Are proactive, ambitious and well-connected
• Speak English
• Can work independently and bring ideas and opportunities to me

Having an existing network in Manila is a major advantage.
