Cold Caller

We are a growing Canada-based exterior construction and home services company specializing in roofing, siding, windows, doors and outdoor renovations. We are looking for a motivated, resilient, and confident Remote Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to join our outbound sales team.

Your main goal is to reach homeowners or property managers, introduce our exterior services, identify upcoming repair or upgrade needs, and book qualified appointments for our project estimators.

• Job Type: Remote / Independent Contractor
• Hours: Part-time or Full-time (approx. 20–40 hours/week), aligned with Mountain Standard Time (MST) business hours (Night shift / Graveyard shift in Asia)
• Compensation: starting $3.00 - $6.00/hour depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Dialing: Make high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective residential or commercial clients in the Calgary area using our provided lead lists and scripts.
• Pitch & Qualify: Professionally introduce our exterior business and repair services, overcome standard objections, and qualify prospects based on their immediate project needs.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule free estimates and consultations directly onto our field estimators' calendars.
• CRM Management: Accurately log call notes, dispositions, and follow-up reminders in our CRM software.
• Handle Rejection: Maintain an upbeat, positive, and conversational tone, pushing past rejections with resilience.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven Experience: Must have at least 1–2 years of verifiable experience in outbound cold calling, telemarketing, or B2B/B2C appointment setting. (Experience in home services, construction, roofing is heavily preferred.)
• English Proficiency: Excellent spoken and conversational English with a clear, professional phone presence.
• Mindset: Highly resilient, target-driven, and comfortable handling rejection without losing momentum.
• Home Setup:

o Reliable, high-speed internet connection (and backup internet/power option)
o Noise-canceling USB headset
o Quiet, distraction-free workspace
o Computer or laptop with 8GB+ RAM
