Position: AI Automation & Systems Specialist
FunnelKween® is looking for a highly technical, resourceful AI Automation & Systems Specialist to help us build AI-powered workflows, agents, automations, integrations, and internal/client systems.
This is a hands-on builder role.
We're looking for someone who understands how to connect AI with real business operations using LLMs, AI agents, MCP, APIs, n8n, GoHighLevel, Claude, ChatGPT, and vibe coding tools.
Responsibilities
Build and deploy AI agents and automated workflows
Develop advanced n8n workflows and integrations
Build MCP-powered tools and integrations
Integrate LLMs into business processes and client systems
Build with Claude, ChatGPT/OpenAI, and other leading AI models
Connect APIs, webhooks, databases, CRMs, and third-party platforms
Build AI-powered lead follow-up, sales, onboarding, support, and operational systems
Develop custom internal tools using AI-assisted/vibe coding
Build and optimize GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines, triggers, and integrations
Troubleshoot failed automations and technical issues
Test, document, and maintain AI systems
Research and implement emerging AI capabilities

Who We're Looking For
You are a builder and problem solver, not simply an AI enthusiast.
You should be able to hear:
“We want an AI agent that does X, communicates with Y, updates Z, and triggers this workflow.”
…and determine how to architect and build it.
You should be comfortable experimenting, researching solutions, debugging integrations, working independently, and keeping up with rapidly changing AI technology.
