Performance Media Buyer (Meta + Google) – DTC Home Health Brand
Confidential employer
About Nestwell
Nestwell ( ---------- ) is a US home health brand. Customers get a free Nestwell Score for their address, order lab-analyzed test kits for water, air, dust, radon and mold, and get matched fixes like filters and purifiers. The kits are HSA/FSA-eligible and backed by medical advisors from Stanford and UCSF.
The Role
You'll own day-to-day media buying on Meta and Google. You'll work alongside our fractional marketing and growth leadership and within the strategy you align on with them. Meta cold traffic is our primary acquisition channel. Google captures high-intent searches like "test my water for lead" and "mold test kit." Success is measured on blended CAC and first-order margin, not platform ROAS.
What You'll Do
Execute and scale Meta prospecting (ASC, CBO/ABO) against the agreed growth strategy
Run structured creative tests across concern-based angles: water, mold, lead, new baby, older home, allergies
Manage Google Search (brand and non-brand problem/solution terms), Shopping and PMax, plus Merchant Center feed hygiene
Keep ads compliant with Meta and Google policies on health claims (kits screen your home, not diagnose you)
Monitor pixel/CAPI, GA4 and conversion tags, and flag tracking breaks fast
Use PostHog to analyze on-site behavior and funnel conversion alongside ad performance
Deliver a weekly readout in Google Sheets covering spend, nCAC, CVR, AOV, what changed and what's next
Requirements
Ideally 4+ years of hands-on DTC/Shopify media buying
Has personally managed at least $30K/month in Meta spend (more preferred); Google Search and Shopping/PMax experience required
Experience with PostHog (or similar product analytics) for funnel and behavior analysis
Comfortable building and maintaining reporting in Google Sheets
Experience navigating health or wellness ad policy restrictions
Understands platform-reported vs. blended performance
Strong written English; async-first
All working hours must fall within US Pacific business hours
Nice to Have
Has run ads into a quiz or lead-capture funnel
Home goods, health testing, supplements or subscription/membership brand experience
How to Apply
Send:
- Your resume
- 2–3 accounts you've managed, with vertical, monthly spend and the result you drove
- A short answer to this: "Meta CPA is up 40% week over week, but landing page conversion rate is flat. Where do you look first, and why?"
- Start your application with the words "Test before you fix"
Applications without the screening answer won't be reviewed.
