WordPress / High Level Developer

An exciting opportunity exists for a WordPress Developer and GoHighLevel Expert in the online marketing and website design industry.

This position is suited to someone who loves to work in a team.

Must have a reliable internet connection and good PC.

MUST know WordPress, not just how to spell it, and understand website design and function. Must have front end page builder design experience, ideally with our stack below. Must have CSS knowledge.

Our web build stack is Astra/Beaver Builder (Pro), Ultimate Addon + PowerPack (BB extensions), Gravity Forms.

We use GoHighLevel (GHL) as our CRM platform, and are Agency Reseller, so you must have GHL experience. You must know how to build custom integrations between the CRM and other platforms, handle CRM troubleshooting, and be methodical in your approach. A self-starter with initiative.

You must be able to respond to CRM and website support tickets and resolve website, GHL, hosting and managed support issues. You must be effective in liaising with GHL premium support to resolve issues, and in explaining the outcome clearly back to our clients.

We want someone who has high attention to detail and listens well to instructions.

We build everything from start-up web packages to premium custom builds, plus turnkey sites for specific industries. Clients can add extras like custom forms, galleries and lead generation, or modules like SEO, Google Business Profile and social media.

We also do full CRM onboarding and setup in GHL, from calendar appointment setups, booking automations, landing pages, lead magnets, nurture sequences, etc.

We need a team player, who understands marketing, web design, and has the tech skill sets with our build stack. They must be willing to do Zoom meetings, camera on, mostly with the team, sometimes with clients. Do not waste your time, or ours, if that is not you.

What does your day look like?

• Morning check in
• Check email s for project notifications, respond as appropriate
• Check TeamDesk for support tickets, respond and resolve
• Check Trello Board for Priority 1 Tasks, check tasks previously assigned
• Check in with Project Manager
• Liaise with clients as required

The Team:
We have a project director who oversees all departments: Websites, CRM, SEO, content marketing, hosting/managed support, and our Google and Meta ads teams.
We have a dedicated Website/CRM project manager, as well as a CRM specialist with an assistant.
There is our website design and build/dev team, our content marketing team, our SEO specialist and our WordPress/hosting specialist support team.
We have our Sales and Marketing manager, and then there's me. I focus on sales, marketing and networking, and love creating new products and services.

So, do you see yourself in that mix? We need a team player, who understands marketing, web design, and has the tech skill sets with our build stack. They must be willing to do Zoom meetings, camera on, with the team and clients. Remember, don't theorise about this!
