Creator Acquisition Specialist — TikTok Shop / Affiliate Outreach | U.S. E-Commerce Brand

Royal Therapy is an established U.S. sleep and bedding brand with a strong Amazon business and growing DTC presence.
We are building a new creator-led growth channel and are looking for a highly organized, proactive Creator Acquisition Specialist to help us find, qualify, contact, activate, and track TikTok Shop creators and affiliates.

This is NOT a general VA role and NOT a social media posting role.

Your job is to help us build a large creator pipeline that produces actual content and sales.

What you will do

• Find qualified TikTok Shop creators and affiliates
• Research creators on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
• Review creator profiles, niche, audience, content quality, and sales potential
• Check creator GMV / commerce activity when available
• Find creator contact information
• Send personalized outreach
• Follow up consistently
• Invite qualified creators into our affiliate program
• Coordinate product samples
• Track sample delivery
• Follow up until creators publish
• Track which creators produce content and which generate sales
• Identify high-performing creators for repeat partnerships
• Maintain a clean and accurate creator pipeline in ClickUp / spreadsheets / CRM
• Report daily and weekly progress to our Creator Growth Lead

Daily performance expectations

We expect approximately:

20–25 qualified new creators per day

Quality is more important than sending random messages.

We care about:

• publish rate
• creators generating sales
• repeat creators

We are looking for someone with experience in one or more of these areas

• TikTok Shop Affiliate Center
• TikTok creator sourcing
• Influencer outreach
• UGC creator outreach
• Affiliate marketing
• Product seeding
• E-commerce
• Shopify / DTC brands
• Creator CRM management

Direct TikTok Shop experience is strongly preferred.

You must have

• Excellent written English
• Strong research skills
• Very good attention to detail
• Ability to follow up without being reminded
• Strong organization and CRM discipline
• Fast internet and reliable computer
• Ability to overlap at least 3–4 hours with U.S. Eastern Time
• Comfortable working with daily performance targets

Compensation

$900–$1,200 USD/month, depending on experience

• performance bonus

For an exceptional candidate with strong direct TikTok Shop experience, we can consider higher compensation.

This is intended to be a long-term full-time role.
