ABOUT US

Skyris Studios is a growing real estate media company based in Greater Manchester, UK. We produce photography, drone and video content for estate agents.

Real estate media is our core focus. The business is growing, and we're planning to expand into new avenues within the videography world, including events, construction and high-end property development.

THE ROLE

This is not a "follow the checklist" VA job.

We're hiring our first full-time team member in the Philippines. You'll be the director's right hand. You'll keep clients happy, keep bookings running smoothly, and help build the systems the business will grow on.

This is a starting point. A lot is being set up from scratch, so this role suits someone who wants to build something, not just follow a checklist. As we grow, the plan is for you to help build and lead our own in-house editing team.

KEY TASKS

• Replying to client email s and messages
• Managing bookings and keeping our CRM running smoothly
• Handling client questions and problems
• Quality control: checking every photo and video before it reaches a client
• Basic editing of property photos
• Drafting LinkedIn posts and business communications
• Researching competitors and new markets
• Suggesting ways to make the business run better
• Supporting new ventures as the company grows
• Helping to build and train our future editing team

THE BASICS

• Full-time, long-term, remote
• Starting at $4 per hour (about $695 a month), rising with experience and time in the role
• Hours to be agreed together, with some overlap with UK hours
• Fluent written and verbal English is essential
