Social Media Manager – Content, Video & AI Tools

We are a growing small business looking for a creative, organized Social Media Manager to help create, edit, schedule, and manage content across our social media platforms.

We need someone who is comfortable using AI and modern content creation tools to work efficiently, repurpose content, and keep our brand active and consistent.

Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, schedule, and post content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook , Pinterest, and LinkedIn
• Edit long-form and short-form videos, including YouTube videos, Reels, TikToks, and Shorts
• Create YouTube thumbnails and social media graphics
• Repurpose long-form videos into short-form content
• Write and optimize captions, titles, descriptions, hashtags, and basic SEO
• Upload and optimize YouTube videos
• Maintain an organized content calendar and consistent posting schedule
• Promote products, sales, and campaigns
• Monitor basic engagement and content performance

Required Skills:

• Experience managing social media for a business or brand
• Strong working knowledge of ChatGPT and other AI tools
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, OpusClip, or similar content creation tools
• Video editing and short-form content creation experience
• Knowledge of YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook , and Pinterest
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail, branding, and visual consistency

• Shopify experience
• eClincher or other social media scheduling platforms
• YouTube SEO
• Pinterest and LinkedIn management
• Experience with spiritual, metaphysical, wellness, retail, or lifestyle brands
