Social Media/Creative & Admin Assistant (Part-Time, Growing to Full-Time)

We're an established e-commerce brand selling fun outdoor accessories. We sell on Shopify and Amazon, and we're expanding our product line and our reach. We're looking for a creative, reliable VA to join our team and help us grow into new audiences and channels.

The role

Start part-time (about 15-20 hours a week). As we expand, this role can grow into full-time with higher pay and more responsibility.

What you'll do

• Create social media graphics and short videos (Canva, CapCut, or similar)
• Schedule and post content on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Find and reach out to influencers and creators for product collaborations, following our outreach templates
• Track outreach in a spreadsheet and follow up on replies
• Handle admin tasks like organizing files, updating sheets, and basic reporting
• Respond to comments and messages on our social accounts

You're a great fit if you

• Experience with e-commerce, Shopify, or Amazon
• Experience with influencer outreach or user-generated content
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, or similar tools
• Have a good eye for fun, bright, family-friendly content
• Are comfortable with Canva or similar tools (portfolio or samples required)
• Write clear, friendly English
• Are organized, communicate well, and meet deadlines
• Can work with a US-based team and overlap with some US hours
• Take initiative and ask questions when something is unclear
