Supply Chain & Logistics Specialist to Grow Into Full Ownership of Logistics at an 8-Figure Supplement Brand

We're an 8-figure US-based premium supplement brand - clean-label, clinically-backed wellness and longevity products - selling primarily on Amazon, with a growing presence on Walmart, DTC, and TikTok Shop. We're a lean, senior remote team with a reputation we protect obsessively. Few SKUs, done right.

We're hiring a full-time Supply Chain & Logistics Specialist to help run the supply chain behind our catalog: US co-manufacturers, all-domestic freight (no imports, no customs), shipping into Amazon FBA, AWD, Walmart, and TikTok. You'll work directly with our logistics lead, learn the operation end-to-end, and progressively take ownership of daily logistics as she grows into a broader operations and finance role. This is a real growth path - the person who masters this seat ends up owning the function.

The heart of this job is follow-through. Suppliers answer half the question, forget the other half, and go quiet. Purchase orders live or die on someone chasing every open loop to resolution. 💼 What You'll Do

Inbound Shipments, End-to-End

• Create and manage all FBA, AWD, and Walmart inbound shipments (SPD, LTL, FTL), from planning through delivery and receipt
• All US-based, domestic freight only - no importation, no customs. Your day is co-mans, carriers, and Amazon receiving, not freight forwarders and HS codes

Supplier & Partner Coordination

• Keep our co-manufacturers, ingredient suppliers, freight partners, and 3PLs moving and in sync
• Chase down answers, merge broken email threads, re-ask the questions suppliers ignored - and don't stop until the loop is closed

Quality & Detail Layer

• Cross-check case configs, weights, dimensions, label specs, and packaging against every PO before dispatch
• Co-manufacturers make mistakes - you're the one who catches them before they become expensive

Amazon Cases, Reconciliation & Reimbursements

• Open, track, and push every Amazon case through to resolution - nothing sits
• Reconcile inbound receipts against what Amazon actually logs, investigate discrepancies, and file reimbursement claims for lost or damaged units

Inventory, POs & Forecasting

• Maintain accurate inventory records and purchase orders in Notion and Google Sheets - nothing lives only in someone's head
• Flag stockout and over-order risks weeks early
• Assist with demand planning and reorder timing as you ramp - this grows into a strategic part of the role

🧠 What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on Amazon FBA logistics/supply chain experience on the seller side - you've personally created FBA shipments and fought Amazon's receiving problems, not watched an agency handle it
• Fluency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) in your daily work. We're integrating Claude across the operation and building internal tools with AI - Notion + Slack are the backbone. You'll work with these systems from day one, so "email works just fine for me" won't work here
• Detail obsession - you catch the discrepancy others miss, and small errors bother you
• Ownership and follow-through without being chased - you close loops
• Fluent English, written and verbal - comfortable handling direct, no-nonsense US East Coast suppliers
• Full overlap with US Eastern business hours
• Proficiency in Seller Central and Google Sheets/Excel; quick to master Notion and Slack
• You learn the reasoning behind existing systems before changing them - but you keep noticing what could be better, and you say so

• Have Walmart Marketplace and/or TikTok Shop logistics experience
• Have hands-on reimbursement and reconciliation experience
• Come from supplements, CPG, or consumables
• Have worked alongside AI agents or automated workflows

💸 What We Offer

• $2,500 - $3,500 USD/month, full-time, fully remote (EST hours)
