Appointment Setter for Roofing Lead Gen Agency (Cold Calling)

We are a UK-based marketing agency (Alvrix AI) that helps US roofing companies get exclusive storm-damage leads. We are looking for one exceptional, full-time Appointment Setter to call US roofing business owners. This is a targeted cold-calling role, not a high-volume call center job.

Your Main Goal: Call roofing business owners from our list, qualify them using our proven script, and transfer interested prospects to our founder on WhatsApp. We only need 1–2 signed clients per week, so quality matters far more than raw dial volume.

What We Provide:

A list of 258+ qualified US roofing leads.

A complete, detailed calling script and objection handling guide.

A US phone number and VoIP software (KrispCall) to make calls from anywhere.

Clear training and support from the founder.

What You Need:

At least 1 year of experience in US B2B cold calling or appointment setting. Experience in home services, real estate, or marketing is a major plus.

Excellent, near-native English communication skills. A clear, confident, and energetic voice is critical.

The ability to handle rejection and stay motivated. You will be making 50–70 targeted dials per day.

A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Compensation:

Base pay: $3.00 – $4.00 USD per hour

Commission: $100 USD bonus for each client that signs and pays.

Uncapped commission structure. Top setters earn well over their base pay.
