Head of B2B Outreach (Build and Run Cold Email, Calling, and LinkedIn)

About us
Clean Slate Hauling and Junk Removal is a multi-crew junk removal company serving Portland/Vancouver, Olympia, and Tacoma. We are launching a commercial program for about 40 types of local businesses, including property managers, general contractors, and realtors.

The role
You will build our outbound program from scratch and then run it solo. Nothing is set up yet, and we want you to own all of it.

Build

Buy and configure sending domains and mailboxes (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), connect them to Instantly, and run the warm-up
Set up LinkedIn outreach and a calling process with scripts and call logging
Build and verify lead lists by market and business type

Run

Send email s with a 7-follow-up cadence, make cold calls, and run LinkedIn outreach
Handle all replies and book qualified meetings on our calendar (anyone with buying influence counts)
Send a weekly report on activity and meetings booked by industry

We start in Tacoma and Olympia and expand as results come in. We provide the messaging framework.

Schedule
Part-time, with the possibility of moving to full-time once meetings are booking consistently. You d ---------- how to structure your hours, but you will need to be reachable and calling during US business hours.

Requirements

Proven experience building a cold email system from scratch, including domains, DNS, and warm-up
Experience with cold email , cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach for a US audience
Strong spoken and written English
Reliable internet and a quiet place to make calls

Bonus: Sales Navigator, GoHighLevel, or home services or real estate experience

Compensation
$6 per hour. We cover tool and domain costs.
