We are looking for an experienced Medical Front Desk Virtual Assistant to support a growing Hair Restoration/ Medical Spa Clinic. The ideal candidate is organized, confident on the phone, and experienced with front desk operations in a healthcare setting.

Position Details

• Full-Time | Long-Term | Remote
• Rate: $5–$6/hour, based on experience
• Paid U.S. Holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and manage phone calls
• Schedule and manage patient appointments
• Insurance verification and related support
• Manage and follow up on referrals
• Handle prior authorizations

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• Prior medical front desk experience
• Strong phone and patient communication skills
• Experience with insurance, referrals, and prior authorizations
• Hair Restoration/ Medical Spa experience is highly preferred

We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, professional, and comfortable managing multiple front desk responsibilities independently.
