NOW HIRING: RN Front Desk VA – Pulmonology

Remote | Full-Time

We’re looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Virtual Assistant to support a Pulmonology practice. This role requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent documentation skills, and hands-on experience using eClinicalWorks (eCW).

Position Details

• $5–$6/hour (based on experience)
• Paid U.S. Holidays

Clinic Details

• Specialty: Pulmonology
• EHR/EMR: eClinicalWorks (eCW)
• Phone System: Verizon VOIP

Key Responsibilities

• Process and coordinate patient referrals
• Review and complete patient charts
• Handle medication pre-approvals / prior authorizations
• Process medication refill requests
• Perform accurate and timely charting

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• MUST be a Registered Nurse (RN)
• MUST be proficient in eClinicalWorks (eCW)
