URGENT HIRING — Setters, Closers & Sales Team Leader | GoHighLevel / AI / Marketing Agency

We are expanding and we are looking for experienced Setters, Closers, and a Sales Team Leader to join our sales team immediately.

We are a marketing and AI automation agency selling solutions to businesses in Canada and North America.

You will be speaking with business owners, identifying their needs, presenting our solutions, booking appointments, and/or closing sales depending on your role.

Who We Are Looking For
We want experienced sales professionals who understand digital marketing, CRM systems, automation and AI-powered business solutions.

GoHighLevel experience is a major advantage.

You should have experience with some of the following:

Setters: Prospecting, outbound calling, follow-up, lead qualification, appointment setting and CRM management.
Closers: Discovery calls, Zoom/phone presentations, objection handling, follow-up and closing high-ticket marketing/technology services.

Sales Team Leader: Managing setters and closers, reviewing KPIs, coaching salespeople, improving scripts, monitoring pipelines and helping the team hit weekly and monthly sales targets.

Requirements
You must:

• Speak and understand English very well
• Have strong sales and communication skills
• Understand how a marketing agency operates
• Have experience selling digital services, SaaS, CRM, websites or marketing solutions
• Be comfortable using a CRM daily
• Have good knowledge of GoHighLevel
• Understand AI, automation and modern lead-generation systems
• Be comfortable speaking directly with business owners
• Be organized, reliable and performance-driven
• Be available to work North American business hours when required

Experience selling GoHighLevel SaaS, AI Receptionists, websites, CRM systems or marketing agency services is a major advantage.

Compensation
We are open to different compensation structures depending on your experience and role:
Base Salary + Commission + Recurring Commission

Strong performers can earn commissions on new sales as well as recurring commissions on selected monthly services/accounts.

Team Leader compensation can include salary, personal sales commissions and override commissions based on team performance.

Exact compensation will be discussed based on experience, track record and role.
This is a long-term opportunity, not a short-term project.
