Commercial Real Estate Marketing Virtual Assistant

We are a growing Commercial Real Estate brokerage team looking for a highly motivated, organized, and proactive Marketing Virtual Assistant to join our team.

We are looking for more than someone who can simply follow instructions. We want someone who can take ownership, execute marketing tasks, identify problems, suggest improvements, and help us grow our marketing efforts.

What You'll Be Doing
Marketing & Content

• Create and update marketing materials for commercial real estate listings, the company, and affiliates.
• Create, schedule, and publish social media content across various platforms.
• Develop content such as property marketing posts, blogs, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Prepare and send daily and weekly marketing email s.
• Assist with listing announcements, property marketing campaigns, and other promotional initiatives.
• Help coordinate marketing materials including websites, signs, promotional materials, and company swag.
• Assist with Google review campaigns when applicable.

Marketing Operations

• Maintain marketing calendars and upcoming content schedules.
• Assist with preparing the marketing portion of monthly office meetings.
• Coordinate with managers, vendors, and other team members on marketing projects.
• Work with various marketing platforms and identify issues or opportunities for improvement.
• Help implement, develop, and optimize new marketing tools and platforms.
• Create and maintain SOPs and documentation for marketing processes.
• Provide backup support to other team members when needed.

Strategic Marketing

• Identify problems, inaccuracies, and opportunities within our marketing efforts.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand and expand our reach.
• Research emerging marketing trends, platforms, and strategies.
• Identify new opportunities to promote our properties, brokers, and company.
• Measure and report marketing results.
• Make recommendations based on campaign performance.
• Continuously look for ways to improve our marketing systems and processes.
• Explore practical ways to leverage AI and emerging technology to improve productivity and marketing results.
