URGENT HIRING — E-Commerce Virtual Assistant | Shopify, eBay & Amazon

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Virtual Assistant to help manage and grow our online stores.
We need someone who has hands-on experience with Shopify, eBay and Amazon and understands the day-to-day operations required to run successful e-commerce stores.

This is a long-term position for the right person.
Your Responsibilities

You may be responsible for:

• Managing Shopify, eBay and Amazon stores
• Creating and optimizing product listings
• Uploading products, images, descriptions and pricing
• Product research and competitor research
• Keyword research and listing SEO
• Inventory and pricing updates
• Order management
• Customer service and buyer messages
• Managing product variations
• Monitoring store performance
• Identifying listing issues and opportunities
• Helping improve conversions and sales
• Creating promotions, discounts and offers
• Basic image editing when needed
• Preparing reports on sales, products and store performance

Requirements
We are specifically looking for someone with real previous experience.

You should have:

• Strong experience with Shopify
• Experience managing eBay stores
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central
• Good understanding of e-commerce
• Strong product listing and optimization skills
• Good written English
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Good communication and organization
• Ability to follow SOPs and meet deadlines
• Reliable internet connection

Experience with product research, SEO, Canva, dropshipping, inventory management, advertising or other e-commerce tools is a strong advantage.
