Tiktok Shop Strategist

This role is not just about posting content. We’re looking for someone who understands TikTok culture, knows what makes content perform, and can turn trends, consumer insights, and creative ideas into effective content strategies for US-based brands.

What You'll Do
Develop and execute TikTok strategies for consumer and e-commerce brands.
Research TikTok trends, hooks, formats, sounds, and content opportunities.
Develop UGC concepts, creative briefs, scripts, and content ideas.
Understand TikTok culture, audience behavior, and consumer psychology.
Research competitors and identify winning content strategies.
Analyze content performance and use data to continuously improve creative strategy.
Identify why certain content performs well and apply those insights to future content.
Collaborate with UGC creators, influencers, video editors, designers, and other team members.
Stay up to date with changes in TikTok trends, formats, and best practices.
Communicate clearly with US-based team members and clients.

What We're Looking For
3–5 years of experience in social media, content, creative, or digital marketing strategy.
Strong hands-on experience with TikTok and short-form content.
Experience working with consumer, DTC, or e-commerce brands.
Strong understanding of TikTok trends, internet culture, and short-form content.
Ability to develop creative ideas based on strategy, audience psychology, and performance data.
Experience creating or managing UGC, creator, or influencer content.
Strong written and spoken English.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Comfortable working with US-based teams and clients.
