Confidential employer
💰 COMPENSATION PLAN: $650/month starting salary + Financial bonuses tied directly to active traffic growth and book campaign performance.
We are expanding our launch team and looking for a talented Facebook Community Growth & Outreach Manager to drive high-impact organic engagement for a major global book project. If you excel at social media networking, understand how to build genuine connections within FB groups, and can work autonomously, we want you on our team.
Requirements & Skills:
- Flawless, exceptional written English.
- Proven experience with organic Facebook group engagement and audience growth.
- High autonomy: You must know how to leverage advanced AI tools to dynamically rewrite text and adapt formats to follow social media community guidelines.
- Extremely organized, reliable, and data-driven.
How to Apply (Our Screening Process):
We do not look at generic, copy-pasted applications. To apply, you must strictly follow these two steps:
Step 1: Go to Amazon and search for the book title: "THE SEED OF GREATNESS: From Millions of Dollars Lost to the Mindset of Millions" by THE HIDDEN AUTHOR. Review the page and use the free "Look Inside" feature to read the introduction/first chapter. We only hire team members who truly connect with the book's core vision.
Step 2: Send us a message starting with the exact word: VISION.
In your message, write a short paragraph explaining how you would safely and strategically expand our campaign's organic reach and engage with targeted Facebook communities daily while maintaining high-quality standards and avoiding algorithm flags.
⚠️ IMPORTANT CAMPAIGN COMPLIANCE NOTE:
This is a pure marketing and organic outreach role. In strict compliance with Amazon's terms of service, team members are absolutely prohibited from purchasing the book for review purposes, manipulating Amazon metrics, or posting customer reviews/ratings on the Amazon platform. All outreach efforts are directed to external communities only.
