Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with a passion for social media, marketing, and exceptional customer service. This dual role will focus on growing our online presence, managing marketing platforms, and ensuring seamless onboarding for our high-end corporate clients.
Responsibilities Include:
Create and schedule engaging social media content across Instagram, Facebook , LinkedIn and TikTok, aligning with our brand’s voice and aesthetics.
Monitor social media trends and competitor activity, providing regular insights to the team.
Respond to comments, messages, and customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
Assist with the creation of newsletters, promotional email s, and marketing campaigns.
Track and report on key performance metrics, suggesting strategies for improvement.
Client Onboarding and Relationship Management:
Serve as the first point of contact for new corporate clients, ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience.
Prepare personalised welcome packs and follow-up communications.
Manage client databases, ensuring information is up-to-date and accurately maintained.
Support the sales team with client proposals, contracts, and presentations.
Gather and incorporate client feedback to continuously improve our onboarding process.
????? Administrative Support:
Maintain organised digital files and records for marketing assets and client documents.
Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Must Have:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or client relations.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Klaviyo, or similar platforms is a plus.
Passion for luxury brands and the gifting industry.
A laptop and access to internet.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Shopify—great if you’ve got it, but we’ll train you if not!
Working Hours:
12 PM – 8 PM (Manila time), Monday to Friday (5 days per week).
Salary:
PHP 30,000 - 40,000 per month, adjusted based on experience.
