VSL Video Editor/Animator

We are an 8-figure brand looking for a high-level VSL Video Editor who understands direct response marketing, storytelling, pacing, and how to create ads that convert. This is not a basic editing role. We need someone creative who can collaborate with an entire creative team to build high-performing VSLs for paid social.

>>>What You’ll Do:

• Edit high-converting VSLs for Meta and TikTok
• Collaborate closely with creative strategists, copywriters, and media buyers
• Bring new ideas, hooks, pacing styles, and visual concepts to the table
• Use AI tools to improve speed, quality, workflow, and creative output
• Stay ahead of trends and adapt to new editing styles as the industry evolves
• Take ownership of projects and execute without needing constant oversight

>>>Requirements:

• Proven experience editing direct response VSLs
• Must submit examples of VSLs you personally edited that spent over $100,000 in ad spend

• Strong understanding of retention, pacing, hooks, emotional storytelling, and conversion-focused editing
• Advanced knowledge of AI tools for editing, workflows, voice, scripting, or creative production
• Advanced skills creating realistic AI avatars and AI animations when needed
• Self-starter mentality with strong communication skills
• Willingness to constantly learn and evolve as technology changes
• Must submit previous work/portfolio

This role is for someone who understands performance creative, not just editing. We care about videos that drive results
