Short Form Video Editor (experienced only) 60+ per month

About the Role
We produce social media content for US-based businesses, mainly dental practices. We are hiring an experienced editor who can deliver polished, high-retention videos for an American audience with minimal direction.

This is not an entry-level position. We do not train on software or fundamentals. Expert in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or CapCut

Responsibilities

Edit 15–20 short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) per week
Edit long-form videos (YouTube, testimonials, educational content) as assigned
Follow client style notes exactly: captions, pacing, music, branding
Deliver via ----------
Complete all re-edits and revisions as requested, within the required turnaround
Meet every weekly deadline

Requirements

Fluent English comprehension, written and spoken.

You will edit dialogue, time humor, and write captions without errors.

Deep understanding of US culture, humor, slang, trends, and social media tone
2+ years of professional video editing experience
Expert in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or CapCut
Proficient with Google Drive and ----------
Stable high-speed internet, backup power or connection, and a computer that handles 4K footage
Capacity to deliver 15–20 finished videos every week, consistently
Revisions and re-edits are included in the per-video rate.
Applies feedback the first time. Repeated mistakes are not acceptable.

Required Portfolio

10 short-form examples (under 90 seconds)
3 long-form examples (3+ minutes)
Submit as a single Google Drive folder link, set to "Anyone with the link can view"

Portfolios on any other platform, incomplete portfolios, or restricted access will not be reviewed.
