Real Estate Agent Outreach Cold Caller / Cold Texter

The job responsibilities include cold calling and texting real estate agents to see if they currently have any off-market fixer-uppers or investment properties they can send over, having conversations with agents, building rapport, gathering property information, following up with agents, and sending potential opportunities to our Acquisitions Manager for further evaluation. The goal is to develop a network of agents who think of our company when they come across an off-market property, fixer-upper, or other investment opportunity.

Skills required:
Must have C1 or C2 English Level Verbal and Written
Must have Real Estate Cold Calling experience
Great communication skills
Experience speaking with Real Estate Agents is preferred
Experience working with Real Estate Agents is preferred
Strong written communication skills for texting

Work Hours: 12PM–8PM Pacific Time (Pacific Time) US
Full Time Employment
Starting Rate: $6.00 an hour
Earn commission on every deal you bring in that closes
