Bilingual Appointment Setter (French C1/C2 + English)
Confidential employer
FRENCH AT A NATIVE / MASTER LEVEL AND FLUENT ENGLISH ARE REQUIRED. Applications without both will not be considered.
Vision Bleu LED installs permanent smart architectural lighting on homes in the Montréal area, Québec, Canada. We are not asking you to sell. We are asking you to fill the calendar.
You never start from zero. Marketing puts people who already asked about us into our CRM every day. Your job is to call them, qualify them and book their appointment with one of our advisors.
THE ROLE
- Call every new lead, in the lead's own language (mostly Québec French, some English), following our script
- Qualify on need, region and timeline, using price ranges to set expectations (never a quote)
- Book the consultation directly in an advisor's calendar
- Log every call in the CRM the same day
- Send a short end-of-day recap
You do not sell or quote.
PAY AND STATUS
- CAD $8 to $10 per hour, set at hire, paid whatever the day's results
- Plus CAD $5 per confirmed appointment (a real slot booked in an advisor's calendar)
- No cap on the appointment bonus. No commission of any kind
- Training after signature is paid at your hourly rate.
WHAT YOU NEED
- French: master level (C1/C2), spoken and written, comfortable with Québec French (accent and expressions). English: fluent, spoken and written. This is required because our leads are in Montréal and arrive in both languages (nécessaire à l'accomplissement de la tâche)
- A quiet room, your own computer, a headset and a stable internet connection (at least 20 Mbps down, 5 Mbps up)
- Availability on a fixed schedule, Eastern time: Monday to Thursday 9:00–12:00 and 15:00–20:00, Friday 9:00–17:00 (about 40 hours a week). Please check what this is in your local time
- Comfort calling people who do not know you, for hours, every day, and taking a "no" without taking it personally
No sales experience required. We train you.
