Real Estate Virtual Assistant – SMS Lead Screener

Bunker Hill Enterprises is a U.S.-based real estate investment company looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help manage and qualify inbound seller leads from our SMS marketing campaigns.
Your primary responsibility will be monitoring incoming text message responses, identifying property owners who may be interested in selling, gathering basic information, and passing qualified leads to our acquisitions team.
Responsibilities:

• Monitor incoming SMS responses during your scheduled shift
• Respond quickly and professionally to interested property owners
• Identify and filter out uninterested or unqualified responses
• Call interested sellers when needed to gather basic information
• Ask basic questions regarding property condition, asking price, motivation, and timeline
• Accurately update lead information and notes in our CRM
• Follow up with interested sellers who do not initially answer
• Notify acquisitions when a qualified lead is ready for an offer call

You will NOT be responsible for negotiating offers or closing deals. Your job is to identify interested/motivated property owners, gather the necessary information, and hand qualified leads off to acquisitions.
We are looking for someone who is:

• Fluent and comfortable communicating in English
• Reliable and responsive during scheduled working hours
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable texting and speaking with U.S. property owners
• Able to follow scripts and SOPs while still communicating naturally
• Comfortable learning and using CRM software
• Proactive and willing to ask questions and learn

Previous real estate, SMS, lead qualification, customer service, or CRM experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
This is a long-term position with the opportunity for additional hours and responsibilities as the company grows.
