About the Role
1. Provide chat based patient customer support
2. Conduct post-visit check-ins via chat with patients
3. Provide telephone support to patients, pharmacies, doctors offices. Must have spoken English fluency.
4. Available shifts: Mon-Friday Pacific Time 4PM to 8PM, Sat-Sun 7AM-7PM Pacific Time.
5. Must have proven direct patient care experience as an MA or RN.
