About the Role

Pay: $2/hour + Performance Bonuses
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 hours per day (40 hours/week)
Position: Full-Time Amazon FBA Online Arbitrage Product Sourcing VA

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

Do NOT apply if you have never sourced profitable products for Amazon FBA before. I am specifically looking for someone who already understands Amazon product sourcing and can work independently.

You should already know how to analyze Amazon listings, research suppliers, verify websites, check sellers and competition, calculate profit, and determine whether a product is actually worth purchasing.

YOUR MAIN JOB

You must provide 5 VALID ASINs per day.

That equals 25 valid ASINs per week.

Finding 5 random products does NOT count. Products must meet ALL of my requirements and pass my review.

If some of your daily ASINs are rejected, you have until the end of the week/payday to replace them and reach the required 25 valid ASINs.

25 approved ASINs per week is the minimum requirement — not just 25 submissions.

BONUSES 💰

I reward VAs who consistently provide good leads and help me grow the business.

You can earn additional bonuses for:

Consistently finding valid ASINs: If your leads regularly pass my review and meet all requirements, you can receive performance bonuses.

More than 25 approved ASINs: If you finish your required 25 valid ASINs early and continue finding additional approved products, you can receive a bonus for exceeding your weekly target.

Finding profitable Amazon seller storefronts: If you discover a strong Online Arbitrage seller storefront that I can use for further product research, submit the storefront to me. If I review it and approve it as a good sourcing opportunity, you can receive a bonus.

High-quality sourcing: VAs who consistently find products that I actually purchase and successfully sell will have opportunities for additional bonuses and higher pay over time.

Quality still matters. Adding random ASINs just to go above 25 will NOT earn a bonus. Extra ASINs must meet the same requirements as your normal submissions and pass my review.

PRODUCT REQUIREMENTS

Every product you submit must:

Be a brand I am already approved/ungated to sell

Make at least $2 profit per unit

Have at least 50 estimated sales per month

NOT be a generic brand

Have realistic competition where I can actually get sales

Have enough room for me to enter the listing without immediately destroying the price

Come from a REAL, TRUSTWORTHY SOURCE

Be in stock and actually available to purchase

Match the EXACT Amazon product/variation

Include the correct source link

Include the correct Amazon ASIN/listing

Not already have been submitted by another VA on my team

ROI is NOT my main requirement. I care more about actual dollar profit, sales volume, competition, and whether I can realistically sell the inventory.

QUANTITY MATTERS

Do NOT submit deals that only become profitable when purchasing an unrealistic quantity.

Example:

If a product only meets my requirements when buying 25 units, but the Amazon listing only sells around 50 units per month and has 20 competing sellers, I am obviously not going to purchase 25 units.

Use common sense.

Look at:

Monthly sales + number of sellers + competition + minimum purchase quantity.

The deal needs to make sense for MY business, not just look profitable on a spreadsheet.

SOURCE VERIFICATION IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT

You MUST verify every website before submitting it.

I recently had a VA provide a fake website that looked like a major retailer. A purchase was made from the website and the card information was compromised.

That cannot happen again.

Before submitting ANY unfamiliar website, verify that it is legitimate.

Do NOT submit:

Fake retailer websites

Scam websites

Copycat websites

Suspicious Shopify stores

Random websites with no established reputation

Sources you have not properly researched

A retailer/distributor different from the one you put in the spreadsheet

If you are unsure whether a source is legitimate, DO NOT SUBMIT IT. Ask me first.

QUALITY > RANDOM LEADS

I would rather receive 5 strong ASINs than 20 bad ones.

Do not fill the spreadsheet just to hit your number.

Repeatedly submitting products that clearly violate the requirements will result in termination.

YOU SHOULD ALREADY KNOW

You should have previous experience with:

Amazon Seller Central

Amazon FBA

Online Arbitrage

Product sourcing

Keepa

SellerAmp SAS or similar tools

Buy Box analysis

Sales rank / estimated monthly sales

Amazon fees

Profit calculations

Seller/competition analysis

Variation matching

Source verification

Checking whether Amazon is on the listing

Identifying dangerous price drops or listings with too much competition

Amazon seller storefront sourcing / storefront stalking

You should NOT need me to teach you the basics of Amazon sourcing.

HOURS

Monday–Friday
8 hours per day
40 hours per week

This is a long-term position for the right person.

Starting pay is $2/hour, but strong performance can earn you bonuses and opportunities for increased pay.

The better the products you find and the more value you bring to the business, the more opportunity you have to earn.

HOW TO APPLY

Do NOT send me a generic copy-and-paste application.

Start your application with:

“I HAVE AMAZON SOURCING EXPERIENCE”

Then answer these questions:

How long have you been sourcing products for Amazon?

Have you done Online Arbitrage before?

What sourcing tools have you used?

Do you know how to use Keepa? Explain what you normally check on a Keepa chart.

Do you know how to use SellerAmp SAS?

How do you determine whether there are too many sellers on a listing?

How do you verify that a sourcing website is legitimate?

How do you determine how many units of a product you would recommend buying?

What is the difference between profit and ROI?

Have you used Amazon seller storefronts to find additional profitable products? Explain your process.

Send an example of an Amazon sourcing spreadsheet you have worked with before, with any confidential client information removed.

FINAL TEST: Include one example ASIN + source link that you believe would be worth researching for Online Arbitrage. Briefly explain why you chose it.

If you cannot answer these questions, please do not apply.

I am looking for someone who already knows what they are doing, pays attention to details, follows instructions, verifies their sources, and can consistently find products that I can actually buy and sell.
