About the Position

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Expert / Full-Stack Developer to join our growing Canadian company.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Artificial Intelligence, computer programming, front-end development, and back-end development. You will be responsible for helping us develop, automate, and improve our internal business systems using modern AI and software technologies.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to take an active role in building real-world AI-powered applications and systems rather than simply using existing AI tools.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement AI-powered business applications and solutions.
Build and maintain front-end and back-end systems.
Design, develop, and maintain databases and APIs.
Integrate AI technologies into existing and new software systems.
Develop automated workflows to improve business efficiency.
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other emerging AI technologies.
Develop custom AI prompts, agents, workflows, and automation.
Integrate third-party APIs and software platforms.
Troubleshoot, test, debug, and optimize applications.
Work with management to identify opportunities for AI and software automation.
Develop secure and scalable software solutions.
Document systems, processes, and code.
Stay current with new AI, programming, and automation technologies.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

The successful candidate must have:

Strong professional experience with computer programming.
Strong front-end development skills.
Strong back-end development skills.
Full-stack development experience.
Experience developing and integrating APIs.
Experience working with databases.
Strong understanding of software architecture and development.
Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI.
Experience using AI development tools and platforms.
Ability to build custom software solutions rather than relying solely on no-code tools.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent English communication skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
Strong attention to detail.

Vaping industry experience or knowledge
Experience with manufacturing software or manufacturing processes
