Executive Assistant to the Founder

Dental Growth Partner | Remote

Hours:: Full-time, Monday–Friday, aligned with Sydney business hours
Pay:** $8–12 per hour, based on experience

Dental Growth Partner is an Australian agency helping dental practices grow through marketing, systems and business support.

We’re looking for a proactive, organised Executive Assistant to support our founder across the agency and other business projects. You’ll keep priorities, communication and tasks moving without needing constant direction.

Your responsibilities

• Manage the founder’s calendar, inbox, meetings and daily priorities.
• Draft email s, take meeting notes and follow up on action items.
• Coordinate tasks with team members, contractors and clients.
• Prepare documents, maintain project trackers and organise files.
• Assist with research, CRM updates, bookings and occasional personal administration.

#What we’re looking for

• At least two years of relevant Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
• Confidence working independently and managing changing priorities.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, project management tools and AI tools.
• Reliable internet, a suitable computer and a quiet workspace.
• A good understanding of sales and marketing (sales expereince a bonus)

Experience supporting an Australian business owner or marketing agency, and familiarity with GoHighLevel
