Remote Home Health Scheduling Coordinator
We are a U.S.-based home care organization seeking an experienced Remote Home Health Scheduling Coordinator to support caregiver scheduling and client service operations.
This is a long-term independent contractor opportunity for someone who is highly organized, dependable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where schedules and priorities can change quickly.
Prior experience with home health, home care, healthcare staffing or high-volume employee scheduling is strongly preferred.
SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY
This position primarily supports our team during U.S. Eastern Time (ET) daytime business hours, Monday-Friday.

On-call coverage may involve responding to caregiver callouts, cancellations, open shifts and other time-sensitive scheduling changes that require timely attention.
Between regular scheduling responsibilities and assigned on-call coverage, candidates should anticipate a total commitment averaging approximately 50-60 hours per week. The exact distribution of hours may vary from week to week based on scheduling needs and on-call activity.
Applicants should carefully consider the time difference between their location and U.S. Eastern Time before applying. Reliable availability during the required U.S. hours and assigned on-call periods is essential.
