Best Heating & Air LLC is a licensed, bonded, and insured HVAC company serving Tupelo, Fulton, and a 30-mile radius. We do residential and commercial repairs, installs, replacements, changeouts, and maintenance plans. This is a virtual role. You will not be in the field or in the shop. You will keep the schedule accurate from wherever you work.
The role
You add jobs to the schedule and keep it clean. Service calls, installs, changeouts, and maintenance visits go into Housecall Pro the way we specify. You confirm details, watch for conflicts, and communicate clearly with the office and technicians. The schedule is the job.
What you will do

• Add and update jobs in Housecall Pro from the information we send you
• Confirm customer name, address, phone, job type, and notes before a job is booked
• Keep the board current when appointments move, run long, or cancel
• Learn our Blue Collar Cam process and use the app the way we show you, so job notes and documentation match the field
• Write and speak fluent English so nothing is lost between you, the customer, and the technician
• Flag missing information or double-bookings before they become same-day problems
• Follow the written scheduling steps every time; bring a better idea only after the current step is done correctly

What you need

• Some experience working for an HVAC company, even if it was office, dispatch, or virtual support
• Familiar with Housecall Pro
• Willing to learn the Blue Collar Cam app on our process, not your own version of it
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
• Able to think outside the box when a day gets messy, without skipping the process
• Reliable, reachable during agreed hours, and willing to be corrected
• Set up to work virtually: steady internet, a quiet place to take calls or messages, and a phone or computer you can use for Housecall Pro and Blue Collar Cam

How we work
This is remote, but it is not freelance. Instructions are specific. If a step is written down, it gets done that way.
