About the Role

We're hiring an Insurance Customer Service Representative to be a first point of contact for our Property & Casualty clients. You'll handle day-to-day service inquiries, keep customer records accurate across our carriers, and support our licensed agents so they can focus on writing and advising. Property & Casualty experience is a must.

This is an unlicensed service role. You'll own the non-licensed side of client service — information gathering, record maintenance, carrier coordination, and administrative support. Quoting, binding, selling, and coverage advice stay with our licensed agents, and you'll escalate those matters to them.

Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary point of contact for client service inquiries by phone, email , and text — answering questions, taking requests, and following through to resolution.
Gather and verify the customer information needed to service policies (driver and vehicle details, property information, documents, and supporting paperwork).
Make updates to customer records and policies within carrier portals and the agency management system — address changes, vehicle adds/drops, lienholder/mortgagee updates, ID cards, and similar service changes.
Process service requests such as certificates of insurance, evidence of insurance, policy documents, and endorsement requests.
Keep the agency management system and CRM clean, accurate, and fully documented on every client interaction.
Assist licensed agents with administrative tasks, file prep, follow-ups, and client communication.
Coordinate with carriers to track the status of requests, endorsements, and documentation.
Support clients through renewals, billing questions, and routine policy-servicing needs, escalating any licensed matters to an agent.
Follow all agency and carrier compliance standards on every transaction.

Required Qualifications:
Property & Casualty insurance experience is required.
Hands-on experience servicing personal and/or commercial lines policies.
Comfortable navigating carrier portals and an agency management system (e.g., EZLynx, AMS360, Applied Epic, HawkSoft, or similar).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling customer records and documentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with a genuine customer-service mindset.
Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage a high volume of requests without dropping details.
Proficient with email , phone systems, and standard office software.
Spanish Bilingual
