Short-Form Video Scriptwriter

We're looking for a talented short-form video scriptwriter for Instagram Reels.

You don't need to create ideas from scratch. We already track hundreds of creators and thousands of videos to find content that's performing well.

Your job is to:

• Review the winning videos we find.
• Understand the format and why it worked
• Rewrite/adapt the script for our content
• Write strong new hooks
• Create around 10 variations from each winning video/format
• Give clear scripts to our video editor
• Create more variations of formats that continue performing well

We're looking for someone who:

• Has excellent written English
• Has experience writing short-form scripts
• Understands hooks, retention and viral content
• Can rewrite/adapt content without simply copying it
• Works fast and follows clear systems

Full-time, long-term position.
Salary: $600–$8,00/month
Plus Bonus on winning videos
