Part-Time Video Quality Reviewer (Short-Form Social Media)

About us
Wildkinds Studio is a video content agency in Brisbane, Australia. We film short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and run Meta ads for trade and service businesses. Each client gets 40 videos a quarter, edited by our offshore editing team.

The role
You will review every edited video before our clients see it. You'll check each video against the client's Brand Bible and our quality standards, write clear timestamped notes for the editor, and check the fixes when they come back. When a video isn't ready, you fail it and explain exactly what needs to change.

This is a part-time role of about 20 hours a week, and it will grow to full-time as we add clients. It's fully remote, and most reviews are done on the same day they arrive.

You'll be a good fit if you

• Have at least 2 years of experience editing short-form video (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar)
• Watch a lot of Reels and TikToks and can explain why one keeps you watching and another doesn't
• Notice small things, like a spelling mistake, a clip used twice or audio that peaks
• Are comfortable telling someone their work isn't ready, politely and clearly
• Write clear English
• Follow a process and don't skip steps

What we offer

• AUD $12 per hour, paid monthly
• Flexible hours within Philippine business hours, Monday to Saturday
