HIRING Full-Time Video Editor for Fast-Growing Supplement Brand

We're looking for a video editor who not only edits but also thinks like a marketer.. someone who wants to grow, push limits, and create winning ads at scale.

The Role
We're hiring a Video Editor who can consistently deliver high-performing Meta video ads (30s – 5min).
This is a long-term, fully remote role paid per minute of edited video, with performance bonuses introduced from the second month.

What You'll Do

• Edit high-converting ads for Meta (30s – 5min)
• Apply strong visual hooks, pacing, captions, and transitions
• Work with UGC, b-roll, and AI-generated content (HeyGen, ElevenLabs, CapCut, etc.)
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Manager and other editors to push volume
• Source raw footage & voiceovers to bring concepts to life
• Propose new trends, formats, and storytelling angles you see working in the market

You Need

• Experience editing performance-driven Meta ads (UGC / direct response)
• Proven portfolio of short-form, direct response ads
• Strong creative eye and ability to deliver at least 5–10 ad concepts per week
• Understanding of marketing psychology, hooks, and consumer behavior
• Hunger to grow -> willing to test, fail, and iterate fast
