We are hiring an EXPERT LEVEL VA to manage AIRBNB Operations (not just basic or medicore)
English must be excellent
Hours - 10 am - 7pm EST daily no off days. Graveyard shift for PH.
Must have Airbnb specific experience in short term rentals and handling large volume of guest CALLS
we operate CALLING not only chatting via text. MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK !
$700/mo salary Full Time.
Bonus - IF you also worked at Airbnb as a SR Case Manager or other positions.
Must know AIRBNB POLICY WELL. CLAIMS, RESOLUTIONS, REVIEW DISPUTES.
MUST REPLY TO GUESTS under 5 mins. We are not accepting slow or unresponsive VA. they get fired on the first day.
