DM Appointment Setter (Full-Time, Graveyard Shift – US Hours)

I'm looking for a full-time DM Setter (an appointment setter who works through direct messages) to handle my lead conversations and book appointments. You'll be messaging leads through DMs, following up consistently, and getting qualified leads booked onto my calendar. This is a long-term role, and I will train you.

SCHEDULE - GRAVEYARD SHIFT (PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING)

• 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM Philippine Time, Monday to Friday
• This covers U.S. business hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM U.S. Central Time)
• 40 hours per week
• You must be able to commit to this schedule consistently. Please only apply if you can genuinely work these hours long-term.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Message leads: Start and carry on conversations with new leads through DMs
• Set appointments: Qualify interested leads and book them onto my calendar
• Follow up: Consistently follow up with leads who haven't replied or haven't booked yet
• Forward questions: Pass along any questions you can't answer so I can respond
• Keep track of your conversations and booked appointments so nothing slips through the cracks

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR

• Excellent written English - clear, friendly, natural, and professional
• Fast, reliable responder who can handle multiple conversations at once
• Organized and consistent with follow-ups
• Experience in appointment setting, DM setting, chat support, or sales is a plus and will be reflected in your rate, but I will train the right person
• Stable internet, a reliable computer or laptop, and a quiet place to work
• Honest, dependable, and able to work independently during the graveyard shift

PAY AND BENEFITS

• $4 to $6 USD per hour, depending on experience
• Plus commissions (structure will be discussed during the hiring process)
• 13th month pay
• Full training provided
• Full-time, stable, long-term position (40 hours per week)
• Weekends off
