If you have strong experience creating AI-generated videos with Google Flow, we want to hear from you.
You should understand how to:

• Generate high-quality AI videos using Google Flow
• Write and follow effective video-generation prompts
• Work from reference images and maintain character/visual consistency
• Generate multiple clips that can be combined into one cohesive video
• Troubleshoot bad generations and improve outputs
• Follow scripts and visual instructions accurately
• Use AI-generated footage as part of short-form social content

Google Flow experience is a MAJOR priority for this position.
💰 COMPENSATION
Starting at $200 USD/month + strong performance-based bonuses.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
🎥 Generate AI videos using Google Flow — this is the core responsibility.

• Create AI-generated video clips from provided scripts, prompts, reference images, and instructions.
• Produce short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook .
• Edit generated footage using CapCut Pro.
• Maintain consistent characters, environments, and visual quality across AI-generated clips.
• Identify poor AI generations and regenerate/improve them without needing constant supervision.
• Follow detailed production instructions accurately.
• Deliver content consistently and on schedule.
• Communicate with our team through Discord.

REQUIREMENTS
✅ Google Flow / AI video-generation experience strongly preferred.
✅ You should be comfortable actually generating AI videos—not just traditional editing.
✅ Experience with CapCut Pro.
✅ Strong understanding of TikTok/Reels/short-form content.
✅ Good laptop/computer and reliable internet.
✅ Fast communication and response times.
✅ Ability to follow detailed instructions.
✅ Reliable and able to meet daily deadlines.
✅ Willing to learn our AI-video production system.
