Remote US home-battery setter and closer (High commission sales)

We arent your normal US home-battery and solar company we have a niche operation to identify homes without electricity. Your job is to call and set and appointment and close the deal within your call center. We need a small remote team to set and close virtual appointments with homeowners. One team owns both. Setters book the sit. Closers run the sit and close it. We give you the leads, the script, and the CRM.

This is not a salary job.
Setter, per funded deal:

• $175 base
• $250 bonus
• Max $425 on a normal deal, $675 if the bonus hits

Closer, per funded deal:

• $325 base
• 5% of the dealer commission above $4,000, capped at $150. A $6,000 deal adds $100. Under $4,000 this is $0
• Max $875 when every bonus hits

You need clear spoken English, a neutral accent, and experience cold calling or closing by phone or video. Home services, solar, or insurance is a plus. You must be comfortable working US hours and following a script. Apply with a short voice note and say whether you want setter, closer, or both.
