Real Estate Video Editor - Final Cut Pro/ DaVinci Resolve
Job Type: Independent contractor
Schedule: Editor must be available Monday through Saturday, beginning at 8:00 AM Philippine Time with scheduled time for revisions. The editor may sign off once all daily assignments have been completed and uploaded.

All projects must be delivered within 24 hours of being assigned to the editor, with revisions delivered within 24 hours.
Compensation: Fixed monthly compensation: $850, paid semi-monthly for the first six months; $1,250 per month thereafter. Rate covers the volume regardless of project mix.

Expected Workload: 15-20 videos a month initially, with an estimated increase to 40–50 videos per month by summer 2027. Projects range from straightforward walkthrough edits to more involved listing, branding, social, and podcast videos.

We’re looking for a talented Real Estate Video Editor based in the Philippines to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for visual storytelling, understands how to make properties and real estate professionals look polished and engaging, and can deliver consistent work on deadline. You MUST use Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
What You’ll Do
Be an integral part in crafting a unique and innovative style of real estate media
Edit short-form vertical videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and similar platforms as well as long form landscape videos in podcast format

Repurpose listing, closing, and branding videos into platform-specific social-media content

Apply color correction and color grading for a clean, consistent look

Clean up dialogue, balance audio, and synchronize voiceovers, interviews, music, and footage

Add titles, captions, agent branding, property details, calls to action, and motion graphics when required

Stabilize footage and correct exposure, white balance, and other visual inconsistencies

Required Qualifications
Professional experience editing real estate videos in the style of Four Horsemen or 910 Studios

A portfolio or demo reel showing relevant video-editing work

Proficiency in Final Cut Pro or Da Vinci Resolve – if you don’t work in either Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve you need not apply
Proficiency with AI generation tools such as Kling, Nano Banana Pro, Seedream, Higgsfield, etc.

Strong understanding of pacing and visual storytelling

Ability to create both property-focused videos and personality-driven brand stories

Experience with color correction, audio mixing, stabilization, speed ramping, captions, and basic motion graphics

Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines

Strong written English and reliable communication

Ability to accept feedback and complete revisions efficiently

Dependable computer, high-speed internet connection, and backup plan for power or internet interruptions

Ability to meet agreed-upon deadlines while working remotely
