This role is only for designers who already make Instagram carousels for fitness creators or coaches. If your portfolio doesn't include fitness, nutrition, or training carousels, please don't apply.
About Me
I run a 1:1 online coaching business helping men 25–45 get lean, build structure, stay consistent, and get below 15% body fat.
I handle the ideas, slide copy, photos, and strategy. You turn it into a carousel people want to save, share, and send to a friend.
Reference Carousels
These are style references. Don't copy them, but match that level of quality.
[Pinned example 1: "The Weapon Split"] is a bold, branded series. One template stays consistent across all 8 slides, with clean photo cutouts, icons, and short lists you can scan in two seconds. ----------
[Pinned example 2: "The Ultimate Scriptwriting Format"] is dark and minimal. It opens with a strong hook slide, puts one idea on each slide, and ends with a comment-keyword CTA.

What You'll Design
Weekly plans and splits. Examples: a 7-day training split, a day of eating, a fat-loss week.
Rankings and tier lists. Examples: best and worst foods for fat loss, top high-protein snacks.
Frameworks and step-by-step breakdowns. Examples: how to get to 12% body fat, why you're not losing weight.
Mistakes, myths, and mindset posts.
Lead magnet CTA slides. Example: "Comment SYSTEMS and I'll send you the guide." I write the CTA; you make it impossible to miss.
Every carousel has one job: give so much value that people save it, share it, and swipe to the last slide.
The Style
Slide 1 stops the scroll with a big, bold hook that reads in under two seconds.
One idea per slide. No walls of text.
Every slide is easy to read on a phone.
One consistent template across every slide in a post and across the series.
Clean photo cutouts of me. I provide the photos.
Simple icons, lists, and tier graphics.
The last slide is a clear CTA.
1080 x 1350 (4:5) format.
AI tools are welcome if they make you faster, but the final carousel can't look AI-generated. That means no warped hands, no fake-looking food, and no generic AI graphics. If it looks like AI slop, I can't use it.
You're a Fit If You
Have designed Instagram carousels for a fitness creator or coach. This is required.
Know fitness well enough to lay out a workout split or food ranking that makes sense without me explaining it.
Understand what makes people save and share a carousel, like clear hierarchy, spacing, contrast, and flow from slide to slide.
Can build a template and keep it consistent across dozens of posts.
Are strong in Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or similar, and can use AI tools without it showing in the final design.
Hit deadlines without being chased and take direct feedback well.
Want recurring long-term work.
Paid Test
Shortlisted candidates get the same brief, copy, and photos, paid at the standard per-carousel rate. I'm judging:
Hook slide
Readability and layout
Visual quality (realistic, not AI-looking)
Consistency across slides
How well you follow instructions
Communication and turnaround
How to Apply
Start your application with the word SWIPE. If it's not at the top, I'll assume you didn't read the posting.
Name and location (include your time zone)
Primary design software, plus any AI tools you use
How long you've designed carousels, and how much of that has been fitness
Links to 3 carousels you've designed, at least 2 for fitness creators, with your role in each
Typical turnaround for a 6–10 slide carousel
How many carousels you can reliably deliver per week
Confirmation that you're comfortable at $10–$12 per carousel
Then answer these briefly:
Look at "The Weapon Split." What makes it save-worthy, and what's one thing you'd change?
How do you use AI in your design process, and how do you keep the final result from looking AI-generated?
Name two creators whose carousels you'd study for this role, and say what they do well.
Optional: do you train or follow fitness content yourself or ----------
