High-Performance Sales Setter

Ctyd helps local businesses (HVAC, plumbing, pest control, garage door, painting, detailing, and more) get recommended by AI platforms like ChatGPT when customers search for someone to hire. We're hiring an outbound appointment setter to cold call US business owners and book demos for our closing team.

THE ROLE

• Make 100+ outbound calls per day to US local service business owners
• Follow our call script and booking process exactly
• Get past gatekeepers and handle objections with confidence
• Book demos with the owner or decision-maker
• Confirm every demo before it happens to maximize show-ups
• Log every call accurately in our CRM
• Attend regular call reviews and coaching sessions

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Clear, natural, confident American-English phone presence (little or no accent; clarity and confidence are required)
• 1+ year of outbound cold calling or appointment setting (B2B preferred)
• Resilient and coachable, comfortable with rejection and high call volume
• Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a quality headset, plus backup power or internet
• Able to work US business hours: [SHIFT HOURS, e.g., 9am-5pm Arizona time], Monday to Friday

COMPENSATION

• $800/month base
• $50 for every qualified demo that shows up (the decision-maker attends the demo, confirmed by our closer)
• Top performers earn well above base

The first week is a paid trial, with full-time continuation for those who perform.
