Are you confident on the phone, comfortable talking to homeowners, and motivated by results? We’re looking for a Real Estate Cold Caller / Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our growing team!

📌 What You’ll Do:
Make outbound calls to homeowners and real estate leads
Build rapport and have genuine conversations with potential sellers
Identify homeowners who may be interested in selling
Qualify leads based on motivation, timeline, and property details
Handle objections professionally and naturally
Set qualified appointments for our real estate agents
Accurately update lead information and call dispositions
Follow up with leads when needed

🎯 What We’re Looking For:
Previous cold calling or real estate experience (this is a must)
Excellent spoken English
Confident, friendly, and professional phone presence
Strong listening and communication skills
Comfortable handling rejection and difficult conversations
Self-motivated and target-driven
Reliable internet connection and backup power/internet
Quiet and professional workspace
Willing to work a US-based schedule/graveyard shift
