Facebook Rental Inquiry Assistant — Short-Term Project

I’m looking for a reliable, organized assistant to help respond to Facebook inquiries about my vacation rental in Key West, Florida.

The post received a strong initial response, and I have already contacted at least half the people. New inquiries have slowed significantly. I need help finishing the remaining replies, following up, and responding to new inquiries during the project.

Responsibilities:

• Identify people who still need a response, avoiding duplicate messages.
• Check for new comments and messages at agreed times each day and respond using my templates.
• Share property information, approved pricing, and availability.
• Ask interested renters for their dates, number of guests, and whether they have pets.
• Send one follow-up to interested prospects.
• Keep a simple list of responses and flag serious prospects for me.
• Provide two brief progress updates each day at agreed times, and notify me promptly when a serious prospect is ready to discuss booking.

Requirements:

• Good written English and a friendly, professional tone.
• Familiarity with Facebook comments and Messenger.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Customer service experience preferred; advanced marketing skills are not required.

Budget: $30 USD fixed payment for a 3–5 day project. We will agree on the initial workload, daily check-in times, and access arrangements before starting. New inquiries are included within the agreed workload; if volume increases substantially, we will discuss additional paid work.

I will provide reply templates, pricing, and availability. Final booking decisions, contracts, and payments will be handled by me.
