***Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a highly skilled GoHighLevel Operator (GHLO) to support our growing client base. This is a client-facing, execution-focused role responsible for building, managing, and optimizing marketing systems inside GoHighLevel, while also supporting social media, ads, and overall campaign performance.
You will work closely with internal teams and clients (primarily in NA/EU markets), ensuring smooth setup, delivery, and ongoing optimization of marketing campaigns.

***Key Responsibilities
***GoHighLevel Setup & Automation

• Configure sub-accounts including domains, email, SMS, and branding
• Build lead magnet funnels, VSL funnels, and landing pages
• Set up workflows, automations, pipelines, and opportunity dashboards
• Create and manage tags, list segments, and automated campaigns
• Ensure accurate integrations across tools and platforms

***Client Support & Communication

• Provide fast, professional support via Slack or ---------- for all GHL-related concerns
• Assist clients with onboarding, account setup, and troubleshooting
• Join live client calls (when needed) to guide them through systems and processes
• Communicate clearly and confidently with international clients (NA/EU)

***Social Media & Paid Ads Management

• ---------- and manage content across Facebook , Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Set up and monitor Facebook Ads campaigns
• Implement Meta Pixel and UTM tracking for performance measurement (CPL, CTR)
• Optimize campaigns based on performance data
• Deliver weekly ad performance insights and recommendations

***Creative Execution

• Design branded graphics using Canva
• Edit short-form videos using Descript and CapCut
• Maintain organized asset libraries for campaigns and templates
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels

***Pipeline Management & Reporting

• Maintain CRM hygiene: tagging, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking
• Monitor campaign and funnel performance via GHL and Google Analytics
• Prepare and present weekly reports with actionable insights
• Recommend improvements to increase conversions and ROI

***Core Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of virtual/remote work experience (agency experience highly preferred)
• Proven expertise in GoHighLevel (Agency & Sub-Account level)
• Strong experience working with marketing agencies (NA/EU clients preferred)
• Proficient with:
• Domain hosting (GoDaddy, Namecheap)
• Google Workspace
• Slack and ----------

Hands-on experience with:

• Facebook Ads & Meta Pixel setup
• Funnel building, automations, and integrations
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Confident in client-facing situations and live calls (camera-ready)
• Strong attention to detail, especially in:
• Funnels
• Landing pages
• Integrations
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and fast-paced client delivery environments
• Highly organized with strong time management and systems thinking

Highly Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Basic knowledge of JavaScript
• Experience with YouTube Ads / Google Ads

• Previous experience supporting law firms through marketing agencies
