AI Automation VA — ₱50,000/month + Performance Bonuses

ROLE OVERVIEW

You will figure out, build, and optimize AI-driven sales funnels, chatbots, and CRM automations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reverse-engineer existing working funnels and recreate them
• Build interactive chatbot flows and visual previews independently
• Connect tools using webhooks, APIs, and automation platforms
• Set up email automations in CRMs like ActiveCampaign
• Troubleshoot technical issues and research solutions independently

We're looking for problem-solving skills over specific software experience.

TASKS

• Recreate an interactive funnel based on our target example ( ---------- /makemybook)
• Set up chatbot flows in Typebot
• Connect software using Make, Zapier, n8n, or APIs
• Build email automations inside ActiveCampaign
• Leverage AI tools for workflow efficiency
• Test system flows to ensure proper data transfer
• Deliver projects timely with regular and transparent progress updates

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong written and spoken English skills
• Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n) and AI/CRM software
• Strong technical problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to investigate unfamiliar software independently
• Available full-time during required working hours
• Disciplined, reliable, and comfortable using Hubstaff
• Computer setup capable of handling automation builds (include specs in application)
